Welcome to Ohvii. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ohvii website, mobile application, or any services offered by Ohvii (collectively, the "Service"). The Service includes AI-powered property insights, voice conversations with an AI assistant, comparable property analysis, offer creation and negotiation tools, property walkthrough features, co-buyer collaboration, and document signing capabilities.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Ohvii is a platform that enables self-represented home buyers to create and submit offers on properties without a traditional buyer's agent. Our service includes:
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By using Ohvii, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4.2. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5.1. AI Assistant: The Service includes an AI assistant powered by third-party AI technology (OpenAI). The AI assistant provides property insights, comparable analysis, and general guidance to support your home-buying process.
5.2. AI Memory: The AI assistant may remember details from your conversations to provide more personalized responses over time. You can enable or disable the AI memory feature at any time through the App's settings. When disabled, the AI will not retain new information from your conversations.
5.3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: All AI-generated content, including property valuations, comparable analyses, market insights, and recommendations, is provided for informational purposes only. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should independently verify all AI-generated information before making any real estate decisions. Ohvii is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
5.4. AI Data Usage: Your conversations with the AI assistant may be processed by our third-party AI provider (OpenAI). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
6.1. The Service offers real-time voice conversations with the AI assistant. This feature requires access to your device's microphone.
6.2. When you use voice chat, your audio is transmitted in real time to OpenAI via a secure WebRTC connection for processing. Voice audio is not permanently stored by Ohvii after the session ends.
6.3. You can choose from multiple AI voice options in the App's settings. Microphone access can be revoked at any time through your device settings, which will disable the voice chat feature.
6.4. You are responsible for ensuring that any voice conversations occur in appropriate settings and do not inadvertently capture sensitive information from third parties.
7.1. The Service allows you to capture photos during property walkthroughs and attach images from your device's photo library. These features require camera and/or photo library permissions.
7.2. Photos you capture or upload are stored in your account and may be shared with your linked co-buyer if applicable. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to photograph properties you visit.
7.3. Camera and photo library permissions can be revoked at any time through your device settings.
8.1. The Service allows you to invite a co-buyer to collaborate on your property search and offer process. By inviting a co-buyer, you consent to sharing certain data with them, including saved properties, notes, and relevant conversation history.
8.2. You are responsible for obtaining consent from any individual you invite as a co-buyer before providing their name, email address, and phone number to Ohvii.
8.3. Either party may unlink a co-buyer relationship at any time. Unlinking will stop future data sharing but will not retroactively remove data already shared during the collaboration.
9.1. Free Trial: New users are eligible for one free offer submission.
9.2. Subscription Plan: After the free trial, users can subscribe to our monthly plan for $29.99 per month, which includes four offer submissions per month.
9.3. A La Carte Pricing: Individual offers can be purchased for $9.99 each.
9.4. Payment: Subscription fees are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. A la carte purchases are billed immediately.
9.5. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
9.6. California Automatic Renewal Law Compliance
In accordance with California law, Ohvii will:
10.1. Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
10.2. Refunds: As a general policy, we do not provide refunds for subscription fees or a la carte purchases. However, we may make exceptions in cases of technical issues or service unavailability.
10.3. Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@ohvii.com within 14 days of the charge.
11.1. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide through the Service, including property details and financial information.
11.2. Legal Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
11.3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may interfere with or disrupt the Service or violate the rights of other users.
11.4. AI Interaction: You agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or misuse the AI assistant, including attempting to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
12.1. Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Ohvii and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12.2. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
12.3. AI-Generated Content: Content generated by the AI assistant (such as property analyses, recommendations, and conversation responses) is provided for your personal use within the Service. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content outside of the Service.
13.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
13.2. Ohvii does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
13.3. Ohvii is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide legal or financial advice. Users are encouraged to seek professional advice for their real estate transactions.
13.4. AI-generated content, including but not limited to property valuations, comparable analyses, market insights, and recommendations, is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Ohvii makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You should independently verify all AI-generated information before making real estate or financial decisions.
13.5. Voice chat features depend on third-party services and network connectivity. Ohvii does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of voice features.
14.1. Ohvii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content or recommendations.
14.2. In no event shall Ohvii's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to Ohvii in the last six months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ohvii harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
16.1. Ohvii reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
16.2. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
17.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
17.2. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Our Service may also contain links to other third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Ohvii. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers.
19.1. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the Ohvii App.
19.2. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, all of your data will be permanently removed, including your profile, saved properties, conversation history, AI memories, offers, co-buyer invitations, and all associated records.
19.3. If you have a linked co-buyer, your data will be removed from shared conversations and properties upon account deletion.
19.4. Your Firebase Authentication account will also be deleted. You will not be able to recover your account or data after deletion.
20.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
20.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ohvii regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Ohvii.
23.1. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights: Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to:
